<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a function from being overlooked or a function key from being switched unnecessarily by providing shift keys and a function key function display part which changes a display system according to the selection of the shift keys. CONSTITUTION:This screen display device is equipped with a CRT display screen 1 where characters and figures are displayed, a key board 2 for selecting the characters and figures, function keys 3 for specifying functions for document and chart production, the shift keys 6 for selecting one of the functions that the function keys 3 have, and the function key function display part 4 which is provided corresponding to the function keys 3 and changes the display according to the selection of the shift keys 6. The number of functions of the functions keys 3 each equipped with plural functions and the selected functions are displayed in a small display area.</p> |
