PURPOSE:To provide the setup support system which facilitates setup in a picture processing device. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic processing part 16 takes B, G, and R signals as the input and converts them into Y, M, C, and K signals suitable for dot output based on setup information. A designating term like 'softly' or 'vividly' is added to previously set setup information, and this information is stored in a data base part 30. At the time of setup, setup information in the data base part 30 is retrieved by the designating term. Required setup information is generated based on retrieved setup information. |
