PURPOSE:To obtain comfortable environment at all times by a method wherein fresh outdoor air is fed into a room together with cooling or heating air utilizing a space in a ceiling without necessitating any duct, pipeline and the like at all. CONSTITUTION:An outdoor air heat exchanger A is installed near an outdoor air introducing port D and the air sending port of the outdoor air heat exchanger A is opened in a space S in a ceiling, in which air-conditioning units B are installed, while fresh air, whose temperature is regulated to a proper temperature by the outdoor air heat exchanger A through heat exchanging treatment, is fed into the space in the ceiling through the air sending port to supply it into a room through the outdoor air receiving ports of respective air-conditioning units B simultaneously with the sending of cooling or heating air. Several sets of air-conditioning units B, having respectively different capacities or the same capacity, are arranged so that the ventilating capacities or amounts of air are arranged so as to be reduced in the vicinity of the air sending port or so as to be increased gradually when a distance from the air sending port is increased whereby the flowing conditions in the space S in the ceiling can be equalized substantially in spite of a distance from the air-conditioning units. |
