摘要 |
PURPOSE:To reduce the detection time of light position to be half by converting the signal of an odd-numbered element and that of an even-numbered element of a photodetector array to a time-sharing transmission signal by shifting the switching timing of two switching circuits by 180 degrees. CONSTITUTION:A switching circuit 2A converts the output of an oddnumbered element of a photodetector array 1 to a time-sharing transmission signal and a switching circuit 2B shifts the output of an even-numbered element of the photodetector array 1 by 180 degrees according to the switching timing of the switching circuit 2A for converting to a time-sharing transmission signal. The output of the switching circuit 2A and that of the switching circuit 2B are A/D converted and a digital signal switching circuit 5 alternately switches the output of an A/D conversion circuit 4A and that of an A/D conversion output 4B. An operation circuit 6 receives the output of the digital signal switching circuit 5 and then detects the position on the photodetector array 1. |
