PURPOSE:To cast continuously and simultaneously plural rows of ingots with one line of device by disposing three-dimensionally ingot coolers and subsequent ingot treating devices behind a double-row continuous casting machine which casts simultaneously plural rows of the ingots. CONSTITUTION:The two-row continuous casting machine 3 which cast and deliver simultaneously two pieces of the unsolidified ingots 2, 2 by the combination of two cooling rolls 1 and two flanged cooling rolls 1a is provided. Two sets of the ingot coolers 4, 4 which receive the delivered ingots 2, 2, cool and solidify the thoroughly the unsolidified ingots by spraying water and cool the ingots down to the prescribed temp., two sets of pinch rolls 5, 5 which transfer the ingots and flying shears 6, 6, for cutting the ingots, etc. are provided. The main devices among these devices are constituted into a two-storied height. The continuous production of plural rows of the ingots with one line of the device is made possible by such device.
