PURPOSE:To enhance an efficiency of controlling a power distribution line by forming novel input data in a master station (in an office), merging and processing the novel data, and site data of a slave station (at a site). CONSTITUTION:A first data storage part 2 at a site acquires various data of a power distribution system at the site to form maintenance data D1, and a second data storage part 4 receives the data D1 to form maintenance data D2. A second data storage part 3 in an office clears all the data, forms novel input data D0, and forms novel data D3. A merge utility 5 stores data D2, D3 added with the data D2 of a site system and the data D3 of a master station in a data composite storage part 6. A power distribution facility is controlled based on the data D2, D3 stored in the storage part 6. Thus, the power distribution system can be efficiently controlled. |
