PURPOSE:To provide a touch generator in which a performance touch parameter not being realized in a conventional system can be extracted, and a player can freely set a degree in which an extracted touch parameter is affected on a musical tone as a touch response effect. CONSTITUTION:The touch generator using a performance input device 1 to input a variable performance operating state continuously and to extract the performance touch parameter for the control of the musical tone from the performance operating state supplied from the performance input device 1 is provided with a sensitivity setting device which variably sets sensitivity on a performance operation included in a switch/display part 5, a peak evaluation device which evaluates the peak of the performance operating state by a microprocessor 6, and a change device which obtains the performance touch parameter by changing an evaluated peak according to set sensitivity. |
