PURPOSE:To obtain the liquid crystal display device having the wide angle of view for observation in a satisfactory display state and the light transmission plate suitable for the device. CONSTITUTION:This liquid crystal display device extracts a liquid crystal image as an inverted image in unmagnification by arranging a light transmission plate (3) making a microlens (32) into an array on the side of visually recognizing a liquid crystal panel (4) and concerning this light transmission plate (3), the spherical microlens (32) is fixed by resin (31) and made into the array. Therefore, the liquid crystal display device with satisfactory angle of view or visibility can be obtained to execute observation in the satisfactory display state with high sharpness, and observation is enabled through a light diffusion plate in the satisfactory display state from almost all the directions of the front face of the liquid crystal display device while enlarging the angle of view. |
