PURPOSE:To improve the degree of the effective attainment of user's operation by increasing the easiness of using the interactive system. CONSTITUTION:A gathering part 101 gathers user's input information obtained from an input part 11 and a scheme analysis part 102 analyzes the frequency of a scheme that a user currently carries out. For example, an interactive retrieval system analyzes the frequencies of an inspection type and a hypothesis type that the user has done. An effective scheme storage part 103 analyzes how the user uses the system for effective operation and stored the rate of the effective scheme obtained by the analysis, etc. A scheme comparison part 104 compares the scheme analyzed by the scheme analysis part 102 with the effective scheme stored in the effective scheme storage part 103, and reads a message for prompting a more effective scheme out of a scheme message storage part 105 and outputs it to an output part 13. A figure may be outputted instead of the message.
