PURPOSE:To manage the definition of available works based on the name of a terminal and the name of a user in a batch and to easily perform maintenance by providing an external table to define the available works based on the name of a terminal and the name of a user. CONSTITUTION:An external table (a) to define the available work is prepared based on the name of a terminal. An external table (b) to define the available work is prepared based on the name of a user. When the name of the terminal and the name of the work are inputted by directing either of 'registration' or 'deletion' on a terminal protection screen, the name of the work is registered or deleted. When the name of the terminal is inputted by specifying 'correction', the name of the available work in the terminal can be corrected. Further, the registration and deletion of the name of the work and the correction of the name of the available work can be performed in the user/password protection screen. When the external table is called from a program by sub-routine, a work list which can be used by the name of a terminal or the name of a user is displayed. |
