PURPOSE:To provide oxide magnetic material suitable for a power supply transformer core which has a high saturation magnetic flux density stably and has a required saturation magnetic flux density taking a core loss into account. CONSTITUTION:The oxide magnetic material of the present invention is composed of manganese-zinc ferrite which contains 50-350ppm of SiO2. 250-1500ppm of CaO and 200-600ppm of V2O5 and less than 500ppm (but not 0ppm) of P added to it as additive. The composition of the manganese-zinc ferrite belongs to a high saturation magnetic flux density composition range. If the content of P is changed, a saturation magnetic flux density and a sintered material density are changed. |
