PURPOSE:To provide a common ID card using system capable of applying flexibility to the extension of a sub-system, saving time and labor for inputting management information and constructing an inexpensive common ID card using system. CONSTITUTION:A common ID card issuing system 3 provided with a data processor for recording personal file information transmitted from a host computer 2 in a recording medium of an ID card as management information and transmitting the management information and plural kinds of sub-systems 4, 5 having data processors 41, 51 for storing the management information transmitted from the system 3 in storing means and referring to management information read out of the ID card are star-connected to a private branch exchange 7 to be used for telephone communication. |
