<p>PURPOSE:To solve problem on the flowability, etc., of a toner, and to enable to output an excellent image recording, while a recording control property is enhanced using a polymerized toner having a uniform particle size by having plural peaks in the particle distribution. CONSTITUTION:The toner 100 is constituted of a first toner 101 and a second toner 102 and the first toner 101 is a globular polymerized toner having such a smaller particle size as about 5mum to determine the resolution and gradation by directly participating in the recording and the second toner 102 is a polymerized toner having about 60mum average particle size to aid the movement of the first toner 101. In a particle size distribution curve of the first toner 101 and a particle size distribution curve of the second toner 102, the particle distribution curve of both toners 101 and 102 are extremely sharp. The polymerized toner 100 having plural particle sizes like this, weakens coagulation of the powder and prevents the problems for handling of the transportation or the like.</p> |
