DOCUMENT PREPARING DEVICE

摘要

PURPOSE:To simplify input operation necessary for document synthetic processing and to improve the edition of document edition by simultaneously composing respective documents selected in previously set order in the case of composing plural documents. CONSTITUTION:An edition/control part 1 executes normal document forming/ editing processing and document composing processing. A document storing buffer 2 stores plural formed/edited document data normally in their compressed state. A document editing buffer 3 stores document data when the edition/control part 1 executes editing processing including document composing processing. A document selecting part 4 is an input part for selecting plural documents at the time of document composing processing and specifying composing order. A selecting order storing part 5 stores the selection order of respective documents specified by the selecting part 4 and a document composing part 6 reads out plural documents from the buffer 2 based upon the selection order stored in the storing part 5 and executes document composing processing by using the buffer 3.
