PURPOSE:To enhance withstand voltage characteristics by injecting silicon gel into a gap formed between the end part of an insulating pipe and the inner face of an insulator. CONSTITUTION:A gap formed between the end part of an epoxy resin insulating tube 4 idly fitted on a bus 2 and the end part of a shielding part 7 is sealed with a silicon gel tape 5 adhering to the outer periphery of the insulating tube 4 and the inner face of the shielding part 7 which are previously wound around the insulating tube 4 at the end thereof. Consequently, the gap between the bottom part 7b of the shielding part 7 and the surface of the insulating tube 4 can be sealed hermetically with silicon gel. According to the constitution, ground withstand voltage or phase withstand voltage can be enhanced.
