Device for elastically fixing a rail on its support comprising elastic fasteners which are each pressed on the rail foot by means of a retaining member fitted to a rod which is anchored perpendicularly in the member supporting the rail and threaded at its upper end. The rod 2 comprises under the threading 16 a circular groove 9, one of the edges 9a of which forms a shoulder on which the retaining member 10 bears, under the effect of the vertical reaction of the elastic fastener 12 thus pressed. The invention is used for producing railway tracks. <IMAGE>
