PURPOSE: To increase the imaginary number part of a complex permeability due to composition non-uniformity in a ferrite sintered body, to obtain an overall loss increase, to reduce the thickness of an electric wave absorber, and to improve electric wave absorbing capability. CONSTITUTION: The temporary burning processing of each material component is done prior to the mixing of an Ni-Zn system ferrite and an Mn-Zn system ferrite, whose electromagnetic characteristic such as the magnetic permeability differ, a stable spinel state is formed preliminarily, and the entire composition is maintained in a non-uniform state in the following sintering process. |
