Liquid for forming a photoadhesive photosensitive film (2) is applied to the substrate (1). The substrate is exposed to light through a mask (3) in order to make portions of the films to which glass beads (11) have to be fixed have adhesion capability. The glass beads coated with crushed glass (glass frit) (10) having a low softening point are applied to the substrate and the unnecessary glass beads, other than those applied to the abovementioned portions of the film, are removed. Next, a case (15) is placed on the substrate and firing (calcining) is carried out. This results in the volatilisation of the photosensitive film and in the adhesion of the glass beads both to the flat plate and to the substrate. <IMAGE>
