<p>PURPOSE:To easily deal with situation change into higher resolution by decreasing the number of almost 1000 wires on the TFT color LCD panel to several dozens of wires. CONSTITUTION:Concerning the active matrix type TFT color LCD, an LCD panel 6a is constituted by integrally forming and connecting a TFT and the circuit of a drain driver 4 and a gate driver 5 on the same panel. Therefore, since the wires to connect the TFT and the respective drivers 4 and 5 are eliminated on a module 10, the module 10 can be miniaturized, and situation change into higher resolution can be dealt with.</p> |
