PURPOSE:To obtain a motor in which an ignition, etc., can be prevented by composing a winding of an E-type insulator, internally mounting a temperature fuse having an operating temperature of about special temperature and curing premix at a temperature of about the special temperature. CONSTITUTION:A winding 2 of a motor is wound in a toroidal type on a core and a printed board 9 is supported to a plurality of pins 15 formed integrally with an insulating layer formed on an outer surface of the core. A temperature fuse 31 is engaged with a cutout 33 formed on a support 30, pressed by the board 9 from above, and leads 32 are connected to the board 9. The fuse 31 which has an operating temperature of about 170 degrees C and a temperature difference from the winding 2 is about 40 degrees is employed. The winding 2 of an E-type insulator having an upper limit value of 125 degrees is employed, and a temperature at the time of molding premix is set to 140 degrees. Accordingly, the fuse 31 is not affected by influence of a temperature at the time of molding, and a molded motor having high reliability is obtained. |
