COMPUTER SYSTEM FOR DYNAMICALLY GENERATING DISPLAY SCREEN PANEL, WHICH PROVIDES CONVERSATIONAL INTERFACE FOR APPLICATION PROGRAM STEP

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a computer system which dynamically generates a set of display panels which presents a user-friendly interactive user interface for input/output which is executed as a step in an application program which requests interactions to a user. CONSTITUTION: This system includes a PC and a work station which have a display management system which provides a set of rules and restrictions for layout management of each picture panel. The system stores enough data to support each of plural fundamental picture panels. This system is provided with a means which dynamically changes data supporting selected one of fundamental panels at the time of executing each program step in accordance with the progress of the program, and a required changed picture panel is provided for the user interface in each specific application program step.
