<p>PURPOSE:To easily form a circuit having a large delay by improving the accuracy of the delay circuit. CONSTITUTION:Figure indicates an input waveform 15, a waveform at a point B and an output waveform 16 with respect to time. A time t1 is required when a voltage at the point B reaches a voltage at a point C at charging and, conversely a time t2 is required when the point B at discharging reaches a voltage at the point C. Thus, the leading of the output of the comparator 1 is delayed by t1 and the trailing is delayed by a time t2. In this case, the relation of t1=t2 is selected. The output is delayed by a time t1 with respect to the input. Thus, a large delay is easily formed by revising values C, R. Moreover, the dispersion depends on the C1 and R3 and the overall dispersion in the case of circuit integration is + or -30% and then the accuracy is improved.</p> |
