PURPOSE:To prevent the degradation of the picture quality due to noise by providing a shield body, which allows an ultrasonic wave to pass through and screens out an electromagnetic wave, on the surface of an acoustic lens and screening out the electromagnetic noise mixed from the acoustic lens face. CONSTITUTION:In a head part 1 of an ultrasonic probe, piezo-electric ceramics 3 are adhered to a packing material 2, and a matching layer 4 is adhered on it. An aluminium vapor-deposited film 5 is formed on one surface of this matching layer 4. A copper foil tape 9 with which the side face of the head part 1 is covered is electrically connected to a frame for earth of a device main body. The noise which strikes the side face of the head part 1 and penetrates the device out of the electromagnetic noise propagated from the outside is screened out by the copper foil tape 9. The noise which strikes the lens face of an acoustic lens 7 and penetrates the device is screened out by the aluminium vapor-deposited film 5, and the cut-off current flows to the earth through a lead wire 6. |
