PURPOSE:To eliminate the liquid leakage caused by when liquid electrolyte is used, and obtain a battery having a large electric capacity and excellent mechanical strength by using a specified solid electrolyte. CONSTITUTION:A battery consists of a positive electrode 12 and a negative electrode 14 positioned so as to interpose a solid electrolyte 13. In this structure, the solid electrolyte 13 is composed of trifunctional terminal acryloile modified alkylene oxide polymer, which includes a copolymer chain expressed by a formula, the solvent at 220-950weight%, and the dissolved electrolytic salt, and cross- linking is performed by radiating the active radiation to the solid electrolyte 13 or heating the solid electrolyte 13. R' in the formula represents a low class alkyl group, and R' represents a hydrogen or methyl group, and (m) or (n) represents the numeral at 0 or 1 or more, which are set so as to satisfy (m)+(n) 35. Propylene carbonate is used as the solvent, and perchloric acid lithium is used as the electrolytic salt to form a solid electrolytic lithium battery. |
