This device is intended to improve and to make safe the laying, fixing and connecting of supports which are to receive one or more electrical supplies. It consists of an inspection chamber (6) equipped with a metal frame (4) supporting the cast-iron plug (5), having a frame which is hollow or filled with asphalt, with coloured or uncoloured coated chipping, or with blocks. The self-piercable windows (7) are intended for the passage of the cables of the supply system (mains). The sheath (3) ensures connection between the inspection chamber (6) and the frame for fixing the support, it being made of 4 galvanised and standardised threaded bolts (1). This device is made of vibrated reinforced concrete (8) fabricated in a suitable mould. Lifting is performed by means of bushes (sockets) on either side of the device. According to the invention, the device is particularly intended for positioning and connecting outdoor lighting supports, three-colour traffic lights, lighting posts for delineation or advertising purposes, etc. <IMAGE>
