System capable of raising water to a high temperature and to a high pressure in order to deliver it through one or more nozzles in order to blast-clean walls. This delivery is acccompanied by recovery of the water and of the waste produced. The water, which comes from a water softener, reaches a tank XB and passes on to the two pumps Xp1 and Xp2. As it leaves the two pumps it passes through the two electropneumatic controls By1 and By2. The lines [circuits] combine at [are combined in] X4. From X4 to X5 there is just one line [circuit] which passes through the safety bypass valve and the heat exchanger Ec. At X5 the line [circuit] splits up and leads towards the guns XP1 and XP2.
