摘要 The carrier liquid, e.g. a watery alcohol soln. (W) is circulated by a pump (P). The refrigeration results whilst the refrigerant absorbed in the liquid, then with heat take-up and pressure increase before the throttle valve (D) condenses in the condenser (F). With heat reception the liquid is vaporised in section (K). A refrigerant is used which simultaneously serves as a means of protecting against frost for the carrying liquid (W). The heat transferred from the heat exchanger to the carrier liquid is transported by means of connections (V) with insulated containers (B), which can be decoupled, and across a mechanical system. ADVANTAGE - Produces overall balance for engines and gives improved fuel utilisation. Small environmental nuisance due to noise, heat and exhaust gases. System has many uses, e.g. air conditioning for driver cabins and engine intercooler.
