<p>An apparatus for generating electrolytic water, which features an improved electrolytic effect compared with that of an electrolytic cell in a conventional apparatus for generating electrolytic water. The electrolytic cell has at least three cylindrical electrodes which are concentrically arranged in such a manner that the polarities are different with respect to the neighboring cylindrical electrodes with cylindrically formed diaphragms sandwiched therebetween. Further, the surface area of the cylindrical electrode interposed between the two cylindrical electrodes and having a polarity different from that of the above two cylindrical electrodes is nearly equal to the sum of the inner surface area of the outer cylindrical electrodes and the outer surface area of the inner cylindrical electrode, in order to maximize the electrolytic efficiency.</p> |
