A folder for holding documents is made from a rectangular sheet of paper. The paper is divided into two panels (10, 12) by a fold line (14'). The panel (10) has an indentation (34) cut in its outer edge and has flaps (16, 18) extending from the lower (16) and outer (18) edges. The panel (12) can be folded along the fold line (14') so that it covers the panel (10) and is then secured by folding the flaps (16, 18) along the fold lines (20', 22') and then gluing the flaps to the edges of the panel (12).
