The blank material is folded round the article to form the front wall (3), rear wall (4), and base part (5) along fold lines (6a,6b), thus forming the socket chamber which is open to the sides. Tabs (10), which protrude up from the front an rear walls over the article, each have a recess (8) for hanging in a blister pack hook (9) and are connected together by adhesive or sealing along their opposite faces. All the fold lines of the blank extend in parallel horizontal planes (z-z). The tabs are coated along their edge areas with a water soluble dispersion lacquer or other environmentally acceptable adhesive. USE/ADVANTAGE - For blister packs etc.,with material economy and easy,low-cost mfr.
