At its inner end the gas feed pipe is connected to the house equipment and with its outer end is connected to the house branch pipe from the gas mains. The brick protective pipe (9), at least in the area of its inner periphery, is of electrically conductive plastic and is monolithically connected to the gas feed pipe by electro-welding. The gas feed pipe (4) exterior is coated with a reaction primer (8) consisting of epoxy resin and on this coating is arranged a further plastic layer of HDPE. The brick protective pipe is provided with current via face-side connections, and on its outside is formed by plastic filled with chalk.
