PURPOSE:To stabilize quality on any molding conditions by evaluating a filling ratio of a molten resin into a die cavity and by controlling a calorific value of a heating element preset at a resin flow section inside the die cavity according to the deviation between the evaluation and the reference value. CONSTITUTION:When an electrical voltage or an electric current of the value I0 is applied to a heating element 7 and a gate 5 is opened, a molten resin a poured into a die cavity 2. Then, a pressure P in the die cavity 2 is sensed and the deviation DELTAP (=P0-P) between the evaluation and the reference value P0 is worked out by a deviation operator 12. alpha.DELTAP (multiplied by a constant value alpha by a multiplying machine 11) becomes a correction value of the quantity of conduction the heating element 7 corresponding to the deviation DELTAP. The correction value alpha.DELTAP is added to the value I0 by an adding machine 9 and the sum value I0 + alpha.DELTAP is input into a heating element control device 8. As result, an electrical voltage or an electric current I is charged or reduced into (or out of) the heating element 7 corresponding to the sum value, and the temp. Of the heating element 7 may become higher or lower. Consequently, an opening of the gate 5 is adjusted and the filling quantity of a molten resin is controlled appropriately, so that a molding of good quality can be obtained. |
