PURPOSE:To prevent a distortional deformation of resin along a weldline, by setting at least two pouring holes among numbers of pouring holes on the upper surface of about center part in the direction of the car width and symmetrically on right and left from the connecting part of an instrument panel tightly connecting with the car body. CONSTITUTION:When the molten resin is poured into a mold, a position of a weldline 18 formed by joining together a molten resin flowed from a pouring hole 12 in the direction of an arrow mark D and a molten resin flowed from a pouring hole 13 in the direction of an arrow mark E coincides with a connecting part 21 set at about central part in the direction of the car width. Therefore, when an instrument panel 11 is fixed on the car body by using clamping bolts 23, 24 and 25 after molding, the clamping bolt 24 is inserted and fixed on the same position as the line 18. Therefore, because the line 18 is tightly contacted on the car body by using the clamping bolt 24, occurrence of a distortion on the weldline 18 caused by a left stress can be prevented when the panel is exposed in a heating process. An instrument panel without wavy or convex-concave part on the upper surface of the panel 11 can thereby be obtained. |
