PURPOSE:To obtain an apparatus capable of neglecting the effect of impurities, by providing a measuring means, a memory means and an operation means. CONSTITUTION:Prior to performing analysis, the migration pipe 2 from the electrode tank 4 in the side of a detector 6 to a specimen chamber 8 is filled with a leading liquid and the migration pipe 2 from the other electrode tank 3 to the specimen chamber 8 is filled with a terminal electrolyte. A data processing device 10 is connected to the detector 6 through an isolation circuit 9 and provided with a measuring means 11, a memory means 12, an operation means 13, a program memory means 14 and an output means 15. The means 11 subjects the signal of the detector 6 of which voltage is made low by the circuit 9 to voltage-frequency conversion and measures the amount of an impurity ion from the peak interval obtained by differentiating a potential gradient value. For example, the means 12 stores the potential gradient value and amount of the impurity ion contained in the leading liquid. The means 13 is operated on the basis of the control program of the whole of the device 10 stored in the means 14 to issue output to the means 15. By this method, the effect of impurities can be neglected. |
