The method which uses two concentration sensors in a mixer automatically mixes food powder in water. The sensors detect the mixture concentrations of the upper and lower regions in the mixer during mixing. When concentrations are equal with each other, the mixing operation stops. The control unit comprises an oscillator (4) for generating the ultrasonic, a guiding plate (6) to be inserted in a water vessel, a fixed type concentration sensor (SE1), a floated type sensor (SE2) and an oscillation controller for controlling the operation of the oscillator.
