PURPOSE:To reduce the height of a machine by disposing a machining head in a position of the same height as a punch head in the horizontal direction, and reducing the amount of offset, the machining head being mounted on a laser head. CONSTITUTION:A punch head 17 and a die head, which are provided opposite to each other on both sides of a work, are moved synchronously with each other along the vertical direction, e.g. the Y-axis, and then a punch P mounted on the punch head 17 and a die mounted on the die head are moved in collaboration with each other along the horizontal direction, e.g. the Z-axis, so that the work being held in the vertical direction is punched. To subject the work to laser beam machining, a laser beam is emitted toward the work from the machining head 69 of a laser head 41 provided adjacent the horizontal side of the punch head 17, whereby the laser beam machining for the work is carried out. |
