PURPOSE: To obtain a dental ceramic material, having <700 deg.C processing temperature and 13 to 14×10<6> .K<-1> thermal expansion coefficientαat 20-500 deg.C and useful for producing a metallic and a fully ceramic dentures. CONSTITUTION: This dental ceramic material has a composition of 60-65wt.% SiO2 , 8.5-11wt.% Al2 O3 , 8-12wt.% K2 O, 10.5-12wt.% Na2 O, 0.7-2wt.% CaO, 0.6-2wt.% BaO, 0.5-2.5wt.% B2 O3 , 0.1-0.6wt.% Sb2 O3 , 0-0.5wt.% CeO2 , 1.2-3.0wt.% TiO2 , 0.8-1.4wt.% Li2 O and 1.2-3.8wt.% F2 , preferably 60-63wt.% SiO2 , 8.5-9.5wt.% Al2 O3 , 10-11.5wt.% K2 O, 10.5-11.5wt.% Na2 O, 0.7-1.5wt.% CaO, 0.6-1.2wt.% BaO, 0.7-1.5wt.% B2 O3 , 0.2-0.4wt.% Sb2 O3 , 0.1-0.4wt.% CeO2 , 1.5-3wt.% TiO2 , 0.8-1.2wt.% Li2 O and 1.2-2.4wt.% F2 .
