PURPOSE:To obtain a pad material excellent in high elasticity, durability, air passability and having good handle, and a method for producing the pad material. CONSTITUTION:The objective pad material consists of a cushioning structure composed of a polyester based monofilament assembly, in which at least a part of interlacing points of fibers is thermally fused by a thermoplastic elastomer, and having 0.01-0.035g/cm<3> density at maximum thickness part of a curved structure. |
