A method for controlling video and audio of a television set using a code in such manner that a code is set up in a microcomputer of the television set, which is operated normally only when the code is released by input of a key signal corresponding to the code to output the video and audio signals. Therefore, it is possible to prevent any person who does not know the code, from operating the television set. In particular children's watching of television can be controlled by an adult. |
