PURPOSE:To provide the laser beam machine by which the mirror can be easily inspected and cleaned. CONSTITUTION:A mirror cleaning hole is arranged at a holder box 10 of a mirror unit 6 on the bending part of an optical guide path, and a cover 21 being freely opened and closed is attached on the box 10. Shutters 23a, 23b which can be closed at the time of inspecting and operating so that the the dust is not entered in the inside of a light shielding duct 5 constituting the straight line part of the optical guide path during inspecting and cleaning a mirror 12 while opening the cover 21 may be also arranged. In order to prevent the danger at the time of inspecting and cleaning and the accident after working, an interlock mechanism to block the laser oscillation when the cover 21 is opened or the shutters 23a, 23b are closed may be also arranged. |
