PURPOSE:To utilize effectively a flame proof wall and reduce the number of parts and improve easiness of assembly and raise reliability by embedding an electrical terminal into a flame proof wall which insulates electricity. CONSTITUTION:A flame proof frame 5 has a flame proof wall section 52 which forms a flame proof wall 5a against flames developed downstream of a small hole located on the downstream side. Into the right side frame member 5 of the flame proof frame two electrode terminals which make up a pair are embedded with their both ends exposed to constitute sparker 25 which is an ignitor for the burner and each electrical terminal of a flame rod 27 which is an ignition and combustion sensor. Into the right side frame member 5 a pair of electrode terminals which constitute a sparker 26 are constituted with their both ends exposed. Because the flame proof walls are formed with an insulating material such as ceramics and at the same time the flame proof walls are made to be a holding member for sparker, electrical terminals flame rod and so on, there is no need to manufacture those parts as separate parts and assemble them, and easiness of assembly and reliability are improved and the cost of manufacture can be reduced. |
