PURPOSE:To perfectly eliminate the remaining of air on a molding surface, in a method for producing a decorative panel by injecting a resin in an injection retaining mold in such a state that one surface of a base material is fixed to the inside wall surface of the injection retaining mold under vacuum, by using a flat plate-shaped member having air permeability of a degree not obstructing vacuum suction as the base material. CONSTITUTION:A base material A is constituted of a flat plate-shaped member having air permeability of a degree not obstructing vacuum suction and sucked to the rear of the upper lid 1 of an injection retaining mold under vacuum to perform resin injection molding. The involution of air is generated on the surface of the base material A or an arbitrary place in the vicinity thereof accompanied by the injection of a resin and air bubbles B are bonded but the air bubbles B are discharged toward the atmosphere through the flat plate- shaped member 10 having air permeability by the vacuum pressure applying the action drawing the base material A to the upper lid 1 during the molding of the resin. By this constitution, the decorative panel having good surface properties leaving no air bubbles on a resin molding surface can be obtained without adding any alteration to an injection molding method itself. |
