PURPOSE:To easily separate foaming and U-shaped cushioning materials to make the disposal and recycling possible in a packing device formed by a combination of C-type box and U-shaped and foaming cushioning materials. CONSTITUTION:The packaging device is intended to securely bind together C-type boxes 10 holding therebetween an object 7 being packed and U-shaped cushioning materials 11 set on the upper and lower parts thereof. The foaming cushioning materials 15 consisting of foaming polystyrol are attached to the rear faces of the U-shaped cushioning materials 11 consisting of corrugated cardboard. First cut grooves 16 almost the same in size as the foaming cushioning material 15 are provided around the foaming cushioning materials 15. Holes 17 and 19 are provided to make easy the separation of the foaming cushioning materials from the first cut grooves 16. In this way the foaming cushioning material can be easily separated from the U-shaped cushioning material. |
