PURPOSE:To obtain the subject hexapeptide having suppressing action on vascular hyperpermeability, antiedemic, antiinflammatory actions, improving action on endothelial disorder, hypotensive, antiprotease, antidisseminated intravascular coagulation syndrome (anti-DIC) and wound curing actions or its pharmaceutically permissible salt. CONSTITUTION:The objective hexapeptide expressed by the formula A-B-Pro-C- D-E [A denotes arginine or lysine having alkylated N-terminal amino group; B denotes arginine, lysine or histidine; Pro denotes proline; C denotes tyrosine, tryptophan or phenylalanine; D denotes valine, isoleucine or leucine; E denotes valine, isoleucine or leucine having C-terminal substituted with COOR*, CH2OR or CONHR (R* denotes 1-4C alkyl group; R denotes hydrogen atom or 1-4C alkyl group)]. |
