PURPOSE:To obtain the subject readily producible inexpensive contrast medium useful for diagnosing tumor, etc., having excellent shelf stability free from toxicity, consisting essentially of a component which is extractable with water among components of tea leaves and is not filtered by an ultrafilter having >=10,000 fractioned molecular weight. CONSTITUTION:The objective contrast medium essentially consists of a component which is extracted with water at 20-100 deg.C among components of tea leaves such as green tea leaves and is not filtered by an ultrafilter (e.g. cellulose acetate) having >=10,000 fractioned molecular weight. |
