<p>PURPOSE:To provide a recording fluid excellent in quick-driving properties and capable of forming an image excellent in color development and brightness without image deterioration such as feathering of a recorded image during wet-or-wet recording in the case of multicolor recording. CONSTITUTION:A recording fluid comprising at least water, a water-soluble dye, and a surfactant and/or a water-soluble org. solvent has a surface tension of at most 40mN/m at 25 deg.C and a penetration velocity of at least 1mg/(mm<2>.s) as measured by dipping in the recording liquid a test paper specimen made of two kinds of filter papers for qualitative analysis according to JISP3801 up to 1mm from the tip thereof for 1sec in accordance with the Klemm method as specified in JISP8141.</p> |
