PURPOSE:To obtain an enveloped virus vaccine having both characteristics of live vaccine and inactivated vaccine, simply being prepared, having excellent effectiveness and safety. CONSTITUTION:A vaccine is prepared by using cells exhibiting glycoprotein on the surface of cells as a main component. Cells obtained by immobilizing infectious cells infected with a pathogenic virus and showing glycoprotein, infectious cells infected with an attenuated virus and showing glycoprotein or cells transduced with a gene fraction encoding a desired glycoprotein and showing the glycoprotein are used as the main component.
