PURPOSE:To obtain the subject lubricant effective for preventing the gluing of polyurethane elastic yarn in spinning and the collapse of the shape of a wound spinning bobbin by using a mineral oil and/or a straight-chain polyorganosiloxane in combination with a specific branched polyorganosiloxane and a specific silicone compound. CONSTITUTION:The objective lubricant for urethane elastic yarn is produced by using a mineral oil and/or a straight-chain polyorganosiloxane in combination with 5-10wt.% of a branched polyorganosiloxane expressed by formula I (R is phenyl) and 0.5-10wt.% of an amino-modified silicone compound expressed by formula II (R is >=1C alkyl or alkoxy; R1 and R2 are >=1C alkyl; (m) and (n) are >=1). The lubricant is effective for unprecedentedly preventing the gluing of the elastic yarn and the shape collapse, cob-webbing, etc., of the spinning bobbin when applied to a polyurethane elastic yarn in spinning. The lubricant can prevent the gluing with time in the mixed spinning together with the recent cross-linking agent having active isocyanate group and smoothen the operability of the subsequent step. |
