摘要 PURPOSE: To obtain a spunbonded nonwoven fabric having uniformity in tenacity by melt spinning a biodegradable polymer containing a specific weight % of polycaprolactone, drawing and cooling. CONSTITUTION: A mixture consists of a two-component system, one component containing singly a biodegradable polycaprolactone having a mean molecular weight of 35,000-70,000 or at least 50 weight % of the polycaprolactone and the other component containing a biodegradable polyhydroxybutyrate, polyhydroxybutyrate-hydroxyvalerate copolymer, polylactide and polyesterurethane or the other component containing polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamide and polyester or the like. A binderless spunbonded nonwoven fabric is obtained by melt spinning the mixture, drawing it in air at a specific temperature, then collecting it by piling on a screen belt, and cooling it after self fusing entangled points of endless filaments.
