<p>PURPOSE: To provide a mattress for a birth bed designed to offer some functions about a childbirth, e.g. functions to give comfortableness to a pregnant woman, increase the labor accelerating capability of the pregnant woman to the utmost, and assist the pregnant woman and a gynecologist for the treatment during and after a childbirth, more than the conventional mattress. CONSTITUTION: This mattress 20 for a birth bed is provided with three air bags inserted into foam slabs 25. The air bag 37 for a waist section and the air bag for a back on the upper side are provided on the head section panel 26 of the birth bed, and they are stuck to a foam mattress at the boundary portion of these air bags. The air bag 55 for a seat makes the seat firm when necessary for the treatment of the pregnant woman.</p> |
